TUCSON, Ariz. — The Pima County Sheriff's Department says a vulnerable missing adult has returned to his family.
Robert Richards is 46 years old. He is 6'0 and weight 380 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
He was last seen in the 6000 block of North Orange Tree lane around 10:45 Thursday morning wearing a navy blue t-shirt, black shorts, black shoes, navy blue baseball cap and black-rimmed glasses.
