Authorities are looking for an armed suspect who fired shots at a Pima County Sheriff's deputy.
The incident happened near Country Club and Fort Lowell on Flanwill Boulevard.
According the PCSD, the suspect was sought out by an on-duty officer for a traffic stop.
When the deputy attempted to pull the car over, the suspect led deputies on a chase.
Deputy Ryan Inglett tells KGUN 9 that the suspect led officers to a dead end street, Flanwill Blvd.
With no where to go the suspect crashed into a tree, got out of his vehicle, fired a shot at a deputy and then took off running.
No deputy fired a shot and no injuries have been reported.
The suspect is still at large.
