TUCSON, Ariz. — Pima County Sheriff's Department is investigating a fatal domestic violence incident that happened Dec. 13.
PCSD say deputies responded to 5700 block of south Rex Stravenue around 6:04 p.m. for a report about a domestic violence situation.
Upon arrival deputies found the victim identified as 56-year-old Arnold Kurowski with obvious signs of trauma, according to PCSD.
Kurowski was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
Detectives identified the suspect as 41-year-old Christina Lopez.
Lopez was found by Sheriff’s Department Fugitive Investigative Strike Team Tuesday, and was taken into custody.
The investigation is still ongoing.
