Organizations all over the nation are taking back unused prescription drugs on Saturday.
The Pima County Sheriff's Department is hosting Dispose-A-Med at the Walgreens located 7115 East Tanque Verde Road and the Walgreens located at 2929 West Valencia Road.locations from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
They will be collecting pills, capsules, caplets, and powders.
They will not accept metal or glass inhalers, syringes, epi-pens, creams, liquid medications, or diabetic test strips.
