TUCSON, Ariz. — TUCSON, Ariz.- UPDATE- An arrest has been made in the case of a suspicious death in the North Fellows Avenue area.
Following their initial investigation, Pima County Sheriff's Department arrested 25-year-old Joshua David Risley and he has been charged with first-degree murder.
No other details are known and the investigation is still ongoing.
Pima County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report about a death near the northwest side on Wednesday.
Upon arrival deputies found a man dead inside the residence at 4900 block of North Fellows Avenue around 6:30 p.m. The body had obvious signs of trauma.
Detectives were called to the scene to investigate the cause of death, which is being called suspicious.
The investigation is still on going.
