TUCSON, Ariz. — Pima County Sheriff's say a missing vulnerable woman has been found.
According to the department, 68-year-old Dorothy Saffell was last seen on foot in the 11200 block of West Ina Road at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday. She was found by 7 a.m.
She is 5-1 and weighs 112 pounds. Saffell has brown eyes and red hair.
