Eric Cervantez, President of the PCDSA is calling for an investigation into allegations of perjury by high ranking officials within the Sheriff's Department, including Sheriff Napier.
As the President of the PCDSA, I am very concerned with the verdict from the LEMSC board regarding multiple high ranking Commanders involved in perjury. This type of behavior deserves to be further investigated and not ignored by our Sheriff or the County Attorney Office. ~ Eric Cervantez
The request for further investigation comes following Wednesday's news that the LEMSC board had overturned disciplinary actions brought against a Lieutenant within the Sheriff's department.
