Parents have been warned over a new game trending on Facebook that dares children to go missing for up to 48 hours.
It's called the '48-hour challenge.' It encourages kids to hide from their parents and loved ones for as long as possible.
The likes, comments, shares and mentions of the 'missing' person increases their score in the challenge. This means when frantic parents searching for their children ask Facebook followers for help, it only adds to the game.
This challenge seems to have originated from a report out of the UK.
