TUCSON, Ariz. - Pima Animal Care Center rescued and treated a neglected puppy.
An abandoned and starved puppy came into PACC nearly three months ago.
A foster mom looked over and treated the puppy.
Now the puppy is in great condition and the foster mom adopted the puppy.
