TUCSON, Ariz. — An overturned truck and trailer are blocking traffic in Picture Rocks Thursday morning.
The Pima County Sheriff's Department says the tipped truck is on Picture Rocks Road near Tula Lane.
Traffic will be closed nearby until crews are able to remove the trailer from the roadway.
