The Oro Valley Police Department has located missing 70-year old Richard Michael Mulholland.
According to the media release, Mulholland was found safe and returned to his family. He was reported missing on Monday and was in the early stages of dementia.
Mulholland was visiting Oro Valley from Washington State.
Oro Valley Police would like to thank the public in their assistance locating Mulholland.
