This summer, the Oro Valley Public Library will close for about three weeks while new carpet is installed.
Starting June 4 until June 25.
The branch location at 1305 W. Naranja Drive is getting new carpeting throughout the nearly 30,000 square foot space.
According to a media release from the library:
This includes the five meeting rooms, which offer programming, including popular Storytimes, and quiet study space. The only exception will be the teen room, which received new carpet in 2017.
Work to replace the carpet is expected to last three weeks.
Other nearby branches, Nanini and Wheeler Taft remain open
