TUCSON, Ariz.-- The Arizona Department of Public Safety said Thursday that one person is dead following a collision involving two vehicles on I-10 and Ruthrauff.
Authorities said a passenger vehicle struck a parked construction vehicle.
Westbound I-10 remains open but there is heavy backup near the scene of the crash.
