Tucson Police say a man is dead after an officer-involved shooting near Broadway and Houghton just after midnight on Sunday morning.
Police say a man was upset by his neighbor's loud music and waved a handgun at them. Officers tried to make contact with the man by using a PA system to tell him to come outside.
The man came outside and confronted officers while armed with a handgun.
Four officers shot at the man, they immediately began rending first aid and called paramedics.
34-year-old Craig Yelton was pronounced dead at the scene. All officers are okay.

Tucson Police detectives are continuing to investigate the situation. If you have any information call 88-CRIME, you can remain anonymous.
Per standard protocol, the Office of Professional Standards is conducting a separate investigation to examine the actions of department personnel.
