Former President Barack Obama is announcing his endorsements for the 2018 elections, including three candidates in Arizona.
Obama kept his choices within the Democratic party, endorsing Kyrsten Sinema for Senate, David Garcia for governor and January Contreras for attorney general.
The former president released a full list of dozens of endorsements across the country on Twitter Monday morning.
Today, I’m proud to endorse even more Democratic candidates who aren’t just running against something, but for something—to expand opportunity for all of us and to restore dignity, honor, and compassion to public service. They deserve your vote: pic.twitter.com/NO5jnhX3XD

Obama's list of Arizona endorsements was far shorter than other states, which included candidates in Congressional races, and even in the state legislature.
