The 2016 College World Series Finals was played in Omaha, but in Tucson there wasn't a big turnout.
Fans were not happy about the baseball game being pushed back to 10 a.m. and broadcasted on ESPNU.
"It's very quite. I'm surprised," said Robert Hollander, a University of Arizona fan. "I thought there was going to be a lot of people."
Early this morning, U of A's Athletics Director Greg Byrne posted an excuse note for fans to get out of work to watch the game.

But even that didn't seem to work.
"Yeah it's a little disappointing, you know, that people can't make it or people didn't take the day off," explained Wildcats fan Celestian Rivera.
"I think it is a terrible time to have a championship game," said Jeff Carrier, another fan. "I think nobody is going to see it."
The fans that did show up to watch at sports bars on University Blvd. were students or workers taking a lunch break.
Overall, the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers defeated the Arizona Wildcats 4-3.
