MARANA, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - Northwest Fire District is responding to an injured hiker about four miles into the Wild Horse Mustang trail near the Ritz Carlton.
Capt. Brian Keeley says they received the call at 2:52 p.m. regarding the hiker who has a leg injury. He is stable but unable to walk out on his own. Crews made contact with the man at 5:05 p.m.
Keeley says they will have to bring the man out on foot.
