Crews from the Northwest Fire Department battled a house fire in the 3000 block of West Wildwood Drive.
The major cross streets are Shannon Road and Orange Grove Road.
NW Fire found the flames in the attic space.
The fire was under control within 25 minutes. The family will be displaced for the night and the Red Cross is assisting.
The residents were not home at the time and no injuries were reported.
