NOGALES, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - Power has been restored to residents in Nogales after an incident at a substation on Wednesday morning.
Police started receiving calls around 11:55 a.m. that intersection lights around town were not working.
Pictures and video have surfaced of what appears to be a fire or blast at the power plant near the WalMart on Grand Avenue.
Numerous businesses shut down, but everything is back to normal.
Some patients at a clinic near the power plant had to be transported to the hospital.
