Residents of SaddleBrooke, SaddleBrooke Ranch, and San Manuel communities do not have landline or cell phone service.
According to the Golder Ranch Fire District, firefighters in trucks will be driving through neighborhoods until phone service is reinstated.
Members of the Golder Ranch Fire District are advising residents with no phone service to go to a fire station if there is an emergency. According to a GRFD media release, "the fire district will have personnel at each station in order to accommodate needs of those residents who walk into the station.
GRFD does not have information about what is causing this incident.
