David Watson, a former Tucson firefighter who is accused of killing three people, saw his first trial end last month with a hung jury. A new trial has been set for January.
The new trial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 24 at Pima County Superior Court.
Watson is accused of killing his ex-wife, Linda Watson, in 2000, as well as Watson's mother, Marilyn Cox, and family friend Renee Farnsworth in 2003.
