TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Tanque Verde Unified School District could get $5.6 million for new construction.
The Arizona School Facilities Board announced on Thursday, Dec. 12th it will request the money to be included in this year's state budget.
The funding would provide space for 250 students in grades 7th through 12th for the 2021-2022 school year.
The Governor's Budget is expected to be released on Jan. 17th.
