Nearly 2,000 Tucson Electric Power customers lost power in the 8 a.m. hour Wednesday morning. Power was quickly restored.
According to the TEP outage map, 1,904 customers were affected.
TEP's Joe Barrios says construction or demolition work near Broadway and Park caused debris to fall on TEP's ground-mounted equipment. Crews repaired the damage.
