NEW YORK — In an FBI video played in federal court Wednesday, aspiring agent Christian Dawkins accused Sean Miller of illegally recruiting players.

According to a report from CBS Sports, Dawkins said in the video that Miler would talk about inappropriate things involving recruiting and paying players.

"And the the thing with (former Arizona assistant) Book (Richardson), Arizona is like, Sean Miller has to know everything that's going on," Dawkins is heard saying on the FBI's video capture. "I can call Sean and have a conversation like, this is what's going on. Like, this is what's needing to be done."

Dawkins also describes another phone call in relation to former UA star Deandre Ayton that took place in 2017.

In the 2017-2018 season, Miller claimed he never had a conversation like the one Dawkins describes.

"Let me be very, very clear," Miller said. "I have never discussed with Christian Dawkins paying Deandre Ayton to attend the University of Arizona."

A federal judge ruled last Friday that Arizona Wildcats basketball coach Sean Miller will not testify in this college basketball bribery trial. Dawkins' attorney said that he would ask the judge to reconsider that ruling in a hearing Thursday.
