TUCSON, Ariz. — Northwest Fire District crews and law enforcement responded to a two vehicle head-on crash Friday near the northwest side.
There are four individuals all with serious injuries, according to NWF.
NWF says the crash happened at River and Shannon roads.
Northbound River Road is closed at Shannon.
Driver traveling in the are asked to find alternate routes.
