A moving company gave back to a local domestic violence center in honor of Mother's Day.

It's part of the "Movers for Moms" donation drive.

Two Men and a Truck collected pajamas, diapers, toiletries, and cleaning supplies during their donation drive.

Thursday, February 10, the company dropped off those supplies at Emerge! Center for Domestic Abuse.

"We're so grateful to Two Men and a Truck for organizing the Movers for Moms in-kind donation drive," Ed Mercurio-Sakwa, Emerge's CEO said. "The timing couldn't be better - due to the recent changes in law enforcement protocol, we have experienced an increased need in shelter services. This means donations like these are needed more than ever before."

In 2017, the "Movers for Moms" drive collected and delivered more than 5,000 items last year.

Organizers said they hoped to break that record this year.

So far, final donation numbers are not available.
