Mountain Vista Fire crews responded to a call of a near drowning near Thornydale and Cactus Canyon just after 4 on Tuesday.
A 60-year-old female was found in the swimming pool by her husband.
Before paramedics arrived he had removed her from the pool. When paramedics arrived she was breathing. She was transported to the hospital for further treatment.
It is unknown how long the woman had been in the water.
