Traffic to Mount Lemmon had been restricted due to heavy holiday traffic, a Pima County Sheriff's Office alert stated Monday.
Deputies and Sheriff's Auxiliary Volunteers are limiting traffic at mile post 0 due to the heavy volume of Labor Day traffic in the Santa Catalina Mountains. Please be patient, and be prepared to wait in line before going up.
