TUCSON, Ariz. — TUCSON, Arizona- A motorcyclist killed near Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Sunday morning has been identified as 18 year-old Anthony Morando-Gonzalez, according to the Tucson Police Department.
The single-vehicle crash happened at around 10 a.m. near the intersection of Golf Links and South Swan Roads.
Police say speed was a factor that led to the crash.
Traffic was partially shut down in the area Sunday afternoon, but had reopened by around 2:45 p.m., TPD said.
The investigation is ongoing.
