Mothers Across Borders is an event of solidarity demonstrating the shared plight and unity of women and mothers everywhere.
Just on the other side of the border wall in Nogales, Arizona, a large crowd is expected to gather as a show of solidarity for Mexican mothers.
'Voices from the Border' is an annual event.
The event is scheduled to take place on International street and Hereford Drive beginning at 10:30 a.m on Monday, May 8.
Organizers say there will be a blessing, music and short remarks.
