Hundreds of people packed the Salvation Army Hospitality House for their turkey dinner.

It was a feeling of gratitude felt throughout the room as volunteers served food to those in need.

On the menu - Mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey and much more.

"I brought the kids to enjoy some food with the community -- get to see the people and everyone get together and be one big happy family" says Evalinda Guillen who was accompanied by her three children.

Salvation Army served 2,106 meals on Thanksgiving.
