Police arrest two men after deadly shooting outside gentlemen's club in midtown

Tucson Police have arrested two men in connection with a deadly shooting that happened in the parking lot in front of Eden Adult Caberet just after 3 a.m. on June 30th.

Police say with the help of tips through 88-crime and after reviewing evidence from the scene, they arrested 21-year-old Michael Anthony Colmenero and 42-year-old Eric Zamarra. 

The shooting happened at 3650 E. Speedway Blvd. between Richey and Dodge. Police say a large froup of men began fighting in the parking lot. During that fight, they say Colmenero pulled out a handgun and fired multiple rounds into the air. 

Police say as Colmenero was firing shots, Zamarra then fired his gun, killing 23-year-old Joseph Anthony Campos. 

Officers found Campos with obvious gunshot trauma. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

On July 7th, both suspects turned themselves in and their felony arrest warrants were served. Zamarra is charged with Second Degree Murder and Disorderly Conduct with a Deadly Weapon. Colmenero is charged with Possesion of a Deadly Weapon by a Prohibited Possessor, Discharging a Firearm within the City Limits and Disorderly Conduct with a Deadly Weapon.
