TUCSON, AZ — The Tucson Police Department introduced Mojo, the newest addition to its Service Dog Unit, in a Facebook post on Tuesday, June 24.
TPD says Mojo, a one-year-old Dutch Shepherd, joins the force with boundless energy, a sharp mind and a deep love for toys.
Mojo has been partnered with Officer Schneider and is now officially on duty.
K9s like Mojo play a vital role in public safety, assisting officers in tracking suspects, locating evidence and detecting narcotics.
