MESA — A repeat sex offender is accused of molesting and impregnating two underage teenage girls, according to a press release issued by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.

On April 3, MCSO's Special Victim's Unit (SVU) received a report from the Arizona Department of Child Safety indicating Samuel B. Duncan, a registered sex offender, had molested an underage teenage girl, MCSO says.

MCSO SVU investigated and discovered Duncan had failed to register as a sex offender and had violated his probation. As detectives worked to trace Duncan's whereabouts, they also discovered he allegedly had sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl multiple times, resulting in a pregnancy.

According to MCSO, DNA tests concluded Duncan is the father of the child.

In the course of their investigation, MCSO SVU detectives also discovered Duncan had molested a 14-year-old girl, who is currently pregnant.

MCSO says they are waiting for DNA test results to determine if Duncan is the father of the unborn child.

Duncan was arrested and booked on two counts of sexual conduct with a minor, probation violation, possession of a weapon by a prohibited person, and resisting arrest.
