The officer of Governor Doug Ducey announced today that Gilbert Davidson, the Marana Town Manager, has been appointed to serve as the Chief Operating Officer for the state of Arizona.
Davidson will replace Henry Darwin, who was appointed COO of the Environmental Protection Agency in June.
Davidson has served as Marana Town Manager since 2008 and previously served as Deputy Town Manager.
