There was an armed robbery at the Subway near N. Cortaro Rd. and W. Arizona Pavilions Dr. this afternoon around 4 p.m.
Officials from the Marana Police Department say the suspect was armed with a handgun when he demanded money from the cashier.
The suspect has been described as a white man around 6'2" to 6'4" tall and approximately 275 lbs. to 300 lbs.
According to MPD, he left the Subway in a gray or silver car, possibly a Kia or Hyundai model, after being given an unknown amount of money.
