MARANA, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - Marana police are investigating an armed robbery at the In-N-Out Burger on Cortaro.
Sgt. Chris Warren said a man in the drive-through showed a black handgun when he got to the window and demanded cash from the cashier on Sunday, March 6, at 7:35 p.m.
The cashier gave the man an undisclosed amount of money. The man then left in a red Toyota Camry heading into eastbound on I-10 from Cortaro.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 20's-30's. He had a thin build and shoulder length and unkempt dark hair. He was wearing a surgical mask.
The red Toyota is a 2010-2014 model. The car had dark tint on all the windows and black aftermarket rims or black stock rims with missing hubcaps.
Warren said other customers were in the drive thru both in front and behind the suspect that may have witnessed the incident. If anyone has any information please call Marana Police at (520) 382-2000 or 88-CRIME.
