The Marana Police Department is hosting a Dispose-A-Med event Saturday.
Dispose-A-Med allows the public the opportunity to help prevent drug abuse and theft by getting rid of expired, unused and/or unwanted drugs.
Bring your pills - tablets and capsules - for disposal to the Target on 3901 West Ina Road. All prescription, over-the-counter and vet "pills" will be accepted. The event goes from 10 a.m. to noon.
Dispose-A-Med is free and anonymous, no questions asked.
