TUCSON, Ariz. — Ever wanted to learn how to fight like a Jedi? Now you can.
A martial arts school in Marana says it's launching an LED saber training club this month, just in time for the release of the new Star Wars movie.
The training "combines traditional sword techniques with a modern athletic method," according to a news release from MY Martial Arts Marana.

The school's chief instructor Patrick Chamberlain says many similar programs exist around the country, but this is the first one to come to the Tucson area.
"Like traditional martial arts that progress from white belt to black belt, our saber club members can progress from Apprentice to Knight and beyond," Chamberlain says in a news release.
The program won't using toys -- they have LED sabers built for combat training, the news release says.
