TUCSON, Ariz. — A man was sentenced to 10 years in prison Thursday after being convicted of selling methamphetamine at two shopping malls in Tucson.
According to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, the man sentenced is 40-year-old Jesus Gabriel Rodriguez-Valenzuela.
Rodriguez-Valenzuela supplied a total of three pounds of methamphetamine at Foothills Mall and Tucson Mall on three separate occasions valued at $7,800.
The Attorney General's Office says Rodriguez-Valenzuela pleaded guilty to all eight charges against him, which included three counts of transportation of a dangerous drug for sale and money laundering and one count each of conspiracy and illegally conducting an enterprise.
