Man stuck in palm tree on Tucson's eastside

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Tucson Fire is attempting to rescue a man stuck in a palm tree on Tucson's eastside.

Capt. Barrett Baker, spokesperson with the department, says they received a call around 5:30 p.m. about a man being stuck in the 5900 block of East 35th Street.

Units are currently on scene to rescue the man from the tree. It is unclear how he became stuck.

Baker says the man is not injured.
