Tucson Police have arrested a man they say stole from a 7-Eleven store then stabbed a man in the neck after an argument outside.
Twenty-nine year old, Jose Garcia, was arrested on Wednesday for the incident.
On April 23, Garcia with a 2 or 3 year old girl walked out of the 7-Eleven at Broadway and Kolb without paying for what he grabbed.
As he left the store he jumped into the passenger side of a green colored station wagon driven by an adult female.
When the vehicle backed out it struck a pedestrian in the parking lot, which led to a verbal altercation between Garcia and the victim according to police.
Police say that during the argument, Garcia pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the neck. The victim suffered non life threatening injuries.
