TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A California man spent his Thanksgiving day feeding the hungry people of Tucson.
Joe Fanuchhi came to Tucson to visit his grandchildren.
He says it was just an idea out of the blue to feed anyone who might not have the chance to celebrate Thanksgiving and to teach his grandchildren the real meaning of the day.
"We want them to understand and know what Thanksgiving is all about and to have an appreciation," he said.
Fanucchi had enough food to feed 200 people.
