TUCSON, Ariz. — Pima County Sheriff's Department is investigating a deadly altercation that happened near the westside on Sunday.
Deputies were called out to Brat's Bar, 5975 South Western Way Circle near the westside in the San Xavier District around 12:30 a.m.
Upon arrival deputies learned an altercation had happened and 26-year-old Brian McMaster was hit by a vehicle in the parking lot.
McMster was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
There are no suspects being sought, according to PCSD.
Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division have taken over the investigation.
The investigation is still ongoing and is in the early stages.
