A 32-year-old man was arrested after police say he broke into someone's car and stole a wallet and handgun, then pointing the gun at the victim.
Dennis Quesada was arrested yesterday on charges including armed robbery and third degree burglary.
The Oro Valley Police Deparment says on July 8, officers responded to an armed robbery on the 10700 block of north Oracle Road. The victim told police he saw the suspect break in to his vechile, steal a wallet and .380 handgun.
According to OVPD, the victim confronted the suspect and chased him as he ran away. The suspect reportedly pointed the gun at the victim and threatened to shoot before getting into a dark colored vehicle.
Police found a dark blue Dodge Charger near a business complex on the 12000 block of north Oracle Road. Officers found that Quesada had ties to the vehicle.
