A 21-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in connection with an aggravated assault that took place on March 5 downtown.
According to TPD, a fight between two men at South Melwood Avenue and West Cushing Street sent one man to the hospital where he is currently in critical condition.
Sylviano Joseph Garcia was arrested yesterday as a suspect in that fight and charged with First-Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault with a Dangerous Instrument and Aggravated Assault with Serious Injury.
