The Sahuarita Police Department arrested 29-year-old Jesus Rodriquez after was released from the hospital following a shooting incident on July 8.
Rodriguez has been booked on two counts of attempted murder, two counts of aggravated assault, weapons violations, and criminal damage.
The shooting incident took place just before midnight on July 8, in a Taco Bell parking lot in the 700 block of West Sahuarita Road.
The individuals involved in the incident have been identified and contacted by Sahuarita Police Detectives.
One of two victims, both of which were from Tucson, sustained a gunshot wound and is recovering in an area hospital.
Although an arrest has been made, and all known participants have been identified, officers continue the investigation.
