Detectives have arrested a man suspected of using a cell phone to take a picture up a woman's skirtat a Walmart on April 8.
Tuesday afternoon, police arrested 19-year-old Judah Jordan was taken into custody and booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex on one charge of Surreptitious Recording, a class 5 felony.
It happened at the Walmart located at 7653 N. La Cholla Boulevard.
