TUCSON, Ariz. — Pima County police have arrested a 27-year-old man south of Tucson for a kidnapping attempt that happened yesterday afternoon.
Per PCSD, the attempt happened at a bus stop near Old Vail Road and South Country Club Road.
PCSD Deputies were initially responding to a report of assault on a minor on private property on Old Vail Road, and then began their pursuit of the suspect.
After arriving on scene, they made contact with the man and then arrested him for aggravated assault and sexual conduct with a minor.
