A man has been arrested and charged in connection with an incident on campus on Oct. 27.
Sgt. Filbert Barrera, Public Information Officer with the University of Arizona Police Department says officers arrested Zachary M. Figueroa on Nov. 10 in connection with a burglary that occurred at the Gould/Simpson building.
Community members recognized Figueroa from a UAPD Campus Watch Bulletin and reported it to UAPD.
Through tips provided, detectives were able to identify Figueroa.
Barrera says that Figueroa was booked into the Pima County Jail on three counts of burglary, four counts of trafficking in stolen property and one count of theft.
